24/7 service
Day and night,
seven days a week.
If you are locked out of your car, enter the registration and the exact location on the quote form. We come to the car and open it without breaking the glass, once we have confirmed you have the right to that car.

The usual version is simple. The key is on the seat, the engine is off, and the door has shut. Sometimes the only key is at home, or with another driver. Sometimes the fob battery is flat and the door will not recognise it. Tell us which one it is. The visit is different for each.
Keyless cars still get people locked out. A handle that will not wake up, a fob left in a bag on the back seat, a door that deadlocks after you walk off. We deal with those on site. You do not need to explain the electronics. You need to tell us the make, the model, and where you are standing. The cars and vans we unlock are the ones on UK roads.
If a child or anyone else inside is in distress, or the engine is running in a garage or a closed space, call 999 first. If the situation is safe and you need the door open, send a quote.
Before we open a vehicle we confirm you have the right to it. Bring photo ID, and whatever you have for the car: the V5C, an insurance schedule, a finance agreement, a hire agreement, or a fleet authority. If the paperwork is locked inside, say so on the quote form and we will tell you what we can accept on the day.
Enter the registration and the postcode on the quote form. We confirm we can attend before you book. We work across the UK, and the visit is agreed from that quote.
Yes. That is a lockout. We come to the car and open the door without breaking the glass, after we confirm the car is yours. Send the registration and the exact place it is parked.
Yes. We still come to the car and open the door. Say on the quote form that the key is not inside, so we know it is not a key left on the seat.
Yes. A flat fob battery, a handle that will not wake up, and a fob left inside are handled at the vehicle. Tell us the make and model on the quote form.
Yes. Tell us the keys are in the boot, not in the cabin, and name the car park or the road. We confirm the car is yours, then open it without breaking the glass.
